#FoodieFriDIY no. 35

Welcome to Foodie FriDIY everyone…I hope you had fun in the kitchen this week. I did – I just didn’t document my exploits very well this time around. I’ve been insanely busy trying to catch up on all my schoolwork.

I spent so much time sleeping over my vacation (8.30 feels so right) that I forgot how productive I can be if I roll out of bed at 6.30. I’m actually kind of a morning person (you may have already guessed that given 8.30 feels like sleeping in…I have a sister who would be scoffing…as she reads this post over a bowl of oatmeal…at 2 pm). So the last week my brain has been on turbo-charge and I have….

WAIT FOR IT…

GOT THINGS DONE! Turns out a coffee and a little sleep deprivation are good for my study mode.

So are most of my favorites this week…cakes, pizzas, soups. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. A lot of these things are seriously awesome because they work well on the fly. (And guys, I’m the kind of student who lives on the edge…I’ll bake a cake at the expense of homework if it means having cake to motivate my study sessions throughout the week).

Anyway, make sure you check out these insanely delicious recipes and maybe even give them a little shout out on social media. Remember, we blog together, we grow together. (Yes, I’m officially just making things up now.)
